Our Skilled Professional will provide support to all areas of the plant through performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repair building, floors, or stairs.RequirementsQualified applicant must have strong electrical and mechanical experience. The expertise to read and understand blueprint, assembly drawings, and maintenance. A good understanding of machinery maintenance and trouble- shooting skills. Expertise to understand and be able to follow Operation Standards and PM system. Expertise to understand all safety requirements and equipment needed for maintenance personnel. Expertise to do some occasional carpentry/drywall/masonry repair. Expertise to use and operate scissor lifts and boom lifts at heights of 30-50ft. Expertise to operate forklifts, bob cat and snow removal equipment. Expertise to work alone and be self-directed. Excellent issue solving, customer service, and written and oral communication expertise. Demonstrated good analytical and time organizational skills. Must have flexibility to work different shifts or split shift when needed. Electrical certification required.
